Art show display, repurposing, and show dates!

I love this time of year!  Spring!  Art shows begin, and being around follow artists is so life giving!  I came up with a few new display ideas for my booth this year.  I printed my children’s silhouettes on to vintage book pages, then clipped them to clip boards, and added repurposed necklaces.  Also, I ‘m loving the ease of the new earring display made from a vintage soda bottle crate.  Come visit me this summer if you are in the area. I’ll be at City Flea Cincinnati on these dates:  June 20, July 25, Aug. 15, Sept. 19, and Oct. 10.  I’m also super excited to be apart of the Hueston Woods Art Show in Oxford, Ohio.  If you notice the Mason Jar photo at the top of my blog, that photograph was taken inside a historic barn on the grounds where the art show will be held.  To top it off, my best friend, and art monitor (Forest Flower Jewelry )will be showing her art as well.  I visited her booth for over 20 years at this show before we connected.  Amazing how things work in life.  Happy spring!IMG_2264 IMG_2265 IMG_2266 IMG_2268 IMG_2279 IMG_2280 IMG_2281

About refoundesign

Hi! I obtained a B.S. in Interior Design with a focus in Art History. After working in computer aided design and years of child rearing the embers of artistic creativity are being rekindled and I've begun working a mix of media including photography, folk art painting, and repurposing vintage finds. I love sharing in the joys and inspiration of other creative bloggers as well. Welcome! Heather
