Enjoy the photo’s from the annual Hueston Woods Art Show. A few from my booth and the historic home and barn that sit on the property. I’m in love with the new colors they used in the home and the pictures and ironstone…….I feel so blessed that my daughter was a part of it. A common theme for my blog and personal art journey has been, inspiration and where one draws it from. I’ve been working on a few writing and art pieces that I’ll be sharing later this week, but in the mean time enjoy the pictures……Celebrating last weekend, not only was it the overcoming of personal obstacles, it was celebrating new seasons as well. I’m such a believer that people are put in our pathways for a reason……taking a step forward to find out why takes boldness and strength and shows our faith. For 20 years I have been to this art show as a visitor. Walking the aisles as a child, young adult, then fellow artist. Little did I know years ago that I walked past someone that would become my best friend, mentor and artist partner in crime. Not only was I able to share this event with my daughter, but also my best friend. It’s amazing how having these positive relationships not only
deepens an artists journey, but life as well. More to come……..
