Leave it to the French to come up with a beautiful phrase to capture the art of living…

I befriended a fascinating couple based out of Maryland that owns a truly amazing antique business… they travel around the world to find treasures and stories…

They found this piece circa mid 1800’s on a trip to the French country side…

It has made quit a journey, stopping along the way for a spell in Belgium, then to my humble abode in Cincinnati…
