Maybe that’s because I’m female and don’t feel the pressure to do something amazing like my guy friends have mentioned.  Honestly, it truly is the thought that counts!  Can I get an amen ladies?!

I love exchanging valentines still, the vintage type.  I love the glitter and pink and the candy hearts and seeing children toting a homemade valentine exchange box under their arms as the skip to school happily, for perhaps, a change.

I like the light it brings in the midst of winter doldrums. So, to you I say, “Have a blessed Valentine’s day filled with all the glitter, paper dollies and candy heart that you can possibly stand!  Oh and enjoy a few decorating images from around my home!

Until soon!

About refoundesign

Hi! I obtained a B.S. in Interior Design with a focus in Art History. After working in computer aided design and years of child rearing the embers of artistic creativity are being rekindled and I've begun working a mix of media including photography, folk art painting, and repurposing vintage finds. I love sharing in the joys and inspiration of other creative bloggers as well. Welcome! Heather
